A green shooting star is a rare phenomenon that occurs when a meteor enters Earth's atmosphere and burns up, creating a bright green streak of light in the sky. The green color is caused by the presence of certain minerals in the meteor, such as nickel or copper. Green shooting stars are often considered to be good luck or a sign of positive change by some cultures. **

A green-red blinking star is a type of variable star that alternates between appearing green and red in color as it pulsates. This phenomenon is caused by changes in the star's temperature and brightness over time. The star's color changes are often accompanied by fluctuations in its brightness, making it appear to blink or twinkle in the night sky. Scientists study these variable stars to better understand their internal processes and evolution. **

A star does not always shine blue-green. The color of a star depends on its temperature. A hotter star will emit more blue light, while a cooler star will emit more red light. Therefore, a star may appear blue-green if it is emitting a combination of blue and green light due to its temperature. However, stars can also appear white, yellow, orange, or red depending on their temperature. **

Yes, the North Star, also known as Polaris, is a fixed star. It appears to remain in a relatively fixed position in the sky as the Earth rotates on its axis. This makes it a useful navigational tool, particularly for determining direction in the northern hemisphere. The North Star is located very close to the celestial north pole, which gives it the appearance of being fixed in the sky. **
